If you wish to register your client’s business with Job Bank and post jobs under their name:
- Create your own personal user account. Don’t create a user account for your client.
- Register your client as an employer. Always use your client’s payroll account number (e.g. 123456789RP0001) to set up the employer file.
- Important! You can set up and manage multiple employer files from your user account.
- Identify yourself as a third-party representative on each employer file.
- Create and submit job postings.
Note: If other individuals require access to your client’s employer file, they will have to create their own user account. We strongly recommend that your client also have a user account.
