In order to use Canadawide Job Bank’s services, you must create your own personal user account. The use of a shared email address is not recommended to create your account.
Only create a user account for yourself, even if you are representing a colleague or relative. If you are a third-party representative, do not create a user account for your client.

Security questions will be asked every time you log into your user account or during a phone conversation with Canadawide jobBank. Make sure that there is a clear logical connection between the question and answer.
Choose questions for which you will easily remember the answer. If you reset your password you will also need to answer one of these security questions.
